THE NEW REFRESHED HYUNDAI i10 LAUNCHED IS A WINNER
At the Paris Motor Show month, Hyundai Motors revealed its revised version of its i10 range. The new car is loaded with an all new 1.0-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine which powers the new refreshed i10. The i10 launched at the Paris motor show is infact a change in engine displacement equipped with variable valve timing as compared to the already available Hyundai’s 1.2-litre petrol unit which you see presently on our roads.
Hyundai Motors said that the 1.0 litre engine is not just another unit from the mill, but a very fuel efficient one too despite being smaller in capacity. The new i10 car’s front headlights and front grille design would be in retrospect to the new ix35 crossover from Hyundai’s own stable. The interior changes however are minimal. The new 1.0 litre and the 1.2 litre petrol motors will be more powerful and have improved fuel economy with lower emissions norms complying to Euro V standards. The new i10 has already hit Indian shores and is selling like hot cakes.
